Team Pre-season Training at Indoor Soccer Zone

The Fall season is upon us, but is your team ready for the physical demands of North Texas soccer? Every year, players are getting fitter and fitter, which makes pre-season training crucial to a team's success. Top teams must be physically and technically prepared before the season starts, so come train with one of the top up and coming soccer trainers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area!

Former West Texas A&M and Dallas Sidekicks player, Sean Afkhaminia, has put a temporary hold on his playing career to develop the most complete soccer-specific training program in North Texas. By combining every element of the game into one session, we are striving to build elite, well-rounded players that have the ability to adapt to any game situation.

Our sessions are broken up into three parts. The first part of the session will consist of strictly fitness/speed/agility/strength training coupled with hip mobility/flexibility techniques to really design a dynamic and explosive athlete. The second part will incorporate technical skills/ballwork into the session, focusing on one specific technical aspect of the game each day to polish our players' footwork/first touch/passing range/shooting technique/defensive ability. Finally, depending on numbers, we finish the session off with organized 5v5 pick-up games to let our athletes just have some fun, express themselves and find their identity as a player in a fast-paced, highly technical game of futsal.

U11s and below - 3 sessions/week (12/mo). Cost $1000/mo per team

U12-U15 - 4 sessions per week (16/mo). Cost $1250/mo per team

U16 and up - 5 sessions per week (20/mo). Cost $1500/mo per team

All of our sessions are currently held out of Indoor Soccer Zone in their North Dallas location (2323 Crown Rd. Dallas 75229), with expansion into Garland and Duncanville coming soon!
