Classic League Division Structure, Age Pure Changes?

Below is a table that represents what I understand to be the way Classic League structures their divisions beginning with U11 and ending with U13. I am just wondering if anyone has definite information how the new birth year/age pure mandate will change this for the age pure U12s/05s and U13s/04s including the byes. I believe the U11s/06s will have 40 teams in the Classic League when they go select.
