Dallas Roma Developmental Player Program

If you are hesitant to sign with a select team on July 1, why not consider joining the Developmental Player Program available thru Dallas Roma FC?

Benefits:
1. Does not require a year long commitment - players may exit the program at any time.
2. Players receive the same training as our top competitive team players, and are part of the same "squad".
3. Program costs are about $1000 per year less...as there are no league fees or uniforms required.
4. Players are free to guest play in tournaments with ANY team at ANY time (including Dallas Roma).
5. Players may sign with another club at ANY time (again we do not require a contract to train with us)

So why take the risk of rushing to sign with a team that may have your player riding the bench or receiving training that is not at the level that your requires?  Don't take the chance of being held hostage.  Attend one of our open practices in East Plano at our private facility located 900 Stewart Avenue next to the big water tower.  For more info call Coach Michael Schell @ 214-244-3172.

What is the cost of the program and are the dues monthly?

Props to Dallas Roma for coming up with and doing this. This is the way it should be, about the players and their development, not about the clubs, the money, and who has the best connections.

Cost are similar to what you'd pay per session for the "open skills" that many clubs offer younger academy age players and adjusted to reflect the level of training required by older more experienced players.  A major difference is that the scope is much broader than just perfecting individual skills, as the developmental player trains with a competitive team (Classic Level for the '03 age group) and that there are at least two sessions per week.  Payment is periodic, either monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually with discounts given accordingly.  Payment covers both coaching costs and facility use costs.
