Plano based Infinity 02 boys looking for players and GK

Infinity FC is holding open practices at the PIT practice fields at 4401 14th Street in Plano on M/W from 6-7:30. We are splitting last year's combined 02/03 team from the Plano league into two age pure teams (02 and 03) and we are looking for a couple more field players and a goal keeper.  

Tired of big clubs?  Infinity FC is a low cost club that focuses on player development in a competitive and fun atmosphere.  Low soccer drama!

Thought I'd try a little community service here.  If you look at my history, you'll find that like many others, we've been through our fair share of teams/clubs and the new AP rules left us once again looking elsewhere.

This time we were determined to find the right balance of cost/location/value. No more stratospheric fees. No more commutes eating away at school work and other important activities. No more competing for a small patch of training space on poorly maintained facilities.

And now, I think we've found it. Those of you located East of 75(from Allen to Garland and all points in between) can probably sympathize how under served that area can be. What a relief it's been these past few weeks to spend just a few minutes to/from practices at the very well maintained PIT(formerly DSP) in SE Plano. No need to worry about winter lights either. For the first time ever, I can actually drop off, return home and get meaningful tasks done, and then pick up. Or I can stay, and relax in the clubhouse. More importantly, the boy has time in his day again to attend to all his other activities.

Also, as with many small clubs not propping up front offices, the fees promise to be to lowest I've seen in quite some time. But not at the expense of marginal facilities, or sub standard coaching. Like I said, we've been around, and it's become not too difficult to spot solid coaching when you see it.

If any of the above sounds familiar, it's probably worth a look for you too.

Anyway, it all may seem a shameless plug, but it's truly shaping up to be one of the best choices we've made on our soccer journey. Just hoping the boy can make the team now.

We are having our formal tryouts/signing on Friday July 1st from 6-7 at the PIT in Plano.  We will continue tryouts and signing on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week from 6-7 as well.  Come to any and/or all of these!

We are still looking for more 02s! Come out to the PIT from 6-7 on Tues/Wed/Thurs (July 5-7th) to checkout Infinity FC. We need a GK and a few more field players.
