SAINTS 07B Development Team expanding -

The SAINTS 07B are adding players under coach Phil Humphries for the Fall Season.  This team trains frequently following an Integrated training program including Technical, Tactical skills and Fitness/Agility (if you cannot get to the ball - the rest doesn't matter).
Pre-season Prep is underway. ITS ALL ABOUT PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT.

DEVELOPMENT IS WINNING.

PRACTICES are in the Southlake area.  2 Practices session per week REQUIRED, There is Saturday play that concentrates on "individual decision making" and Strategies for small sided (9v9) games.
