Just curious if anyone has heard about the IberCup coming to the USA.

It really sounds familiar. There may have been a post or two (or 100) about it. I would check with SDR. I think he might be the grand marshal for it.

Is this an Evil Empire attack on the Dallas Cup?

It is the same week as Dallas Cup. This year it is only for younger ages but if it gets established will they broaden the age range and take Dallas Cup head on? Some of the other Iber Cups in Europe already go down to the 01 and 99 age groups.
