Does anyone know anything about the B-Elite program? Positive or negative.

I'm not familiar with them in the Dallas area. In Denver, their teams compete in the highest divisions with most sitting low in the brackets. I would contact them and check out their free practice and attend their Sunday training. That should give you a good evaluation of their training style to see if it's a good fit.
