Spring Break 2018 Camps

Storm FC will have five camp programs offered during spring break. The camps will center around our 360 Core Player program. This 360 program consists of three key areas of development for the holistic player.

  IPD - Innovative Player Development
  TPPT - Technical Player Performance Training
  Skills 11 - Skills/Ball Mastery development program
  EDP - Early Development Program
  FUNdaMINIS camp

EDP - Early Development Program (4-7 Year Olds)

The Early Development Program (EDP) Camp gives an insight to our EDP, EDC and EDL systems. The EDP will concentrate on core ball mastery and skill acquisition.
Great for players 4-7 years old as well as more competant 3 year olds.
Each session will be fun and engaging. Led by our FUNdaMINI's Program Director Coach Butler in the morning and our academy coach Jerry Hopgood for 5-7pm.

TPPT - Technical Player Performance Training Camp

The TPPT camp will show the player how we build confidence and speed into the 360 core player.
TPPT will consist of SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness), Ball Mastery and game fitness. Camp will look at some of our Storm FC Core ball mastery systems, to increase competece and develop the non dominant foot.

IPD - Innovative Player Development Camp

Our IPD system is the game phase of our 360 core player system. The Innovative Player Development program consists of:


  - Application of Principles of Play
  - Roles and Responsibilities either side of the ball.
  - Recognizing responsabilities and Decisions in the four moments of the game.
  - Understanding possession decisions based on the four areas of the pitch
  In-game decision making.
  - Creativity, Body shape and receiving of the ball

GK Camp

The Goal Keeper development program will progress the keeper through game phase scenarios and help create better decision making from in possession and under pressure in differing phases. The Goal Keeper Camp will be led by experienced USSF A-License GK coach Sean Riley.

FUNdaMINIs Camp

The FUNdaMINIs Kickstarter camp is for our 'Lil soccer players. The program is fun and encourages parents to participate with their child. The camp will be led by our FUNdaMINIs program director and head coach, Erica Butler.
