Academy and Club Goalkeeper training program

The program is being held by FCUSA TX and there head goalkeeper coach Steven Cooney. He is a Goalkeeping Level 3 Diploma licensed coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. He has and is currently working with ODP, Development Academy, ECNL and College goalkeepers in the past.

The program will cover aspect need to become a stronger goalkeeper including footwork, handling, and tactical knowledge. Each session will start with a footwork and handling warm up and will finish with scrimmage like activities.

The program is being held on Thursday evenings from March 15th - April 19th @ Roger Middle School, 1001 Coit Rd, Prosper, TX 75078

5:30-6:30: 2007-2009 Gks
6:30-7:30: 2004-2006 Gks
7:30-8:30: 2000-2003 Gks

The program will be open to all players who are currently playing goalkeeper for an academy or competitive team. The program will be free to current FCUSA TX players and $99 for non-FCUSA players. Also non-FCUSA players aged 2007 and older, you will need a practice release or written permission from your current coach.
