Classic League - Developmental League
I would love to toss this Idea to the Classic League Officials...
Classic League Developmental League..
* For U11 to U14
* Only for Classic league players (D1-D2-D3)
* 9V9 League (more touches - shots - saves - fun)
* Not Set team Roster (only players from same club could be added)
* Not Scores Kept
* Everyone Plays
Purpose of league
* More playing time to those players who are in the bottom of their roster
* A fun environment
Any Ideas??

Rotate coaches for different perspectives. The players get to learn from lots of good coaches with different ways to play and no one always gets their own coach whom obviously has a vested interest in "Little Johnny."

Platit: I said CL because they have a system in place (Referees - Fields - Etc)
and its not a club affiliated
Clueless: It could be a good way to "teach" the parents that the kids still can have fun while playing good soccer... we can also add (parents Cheering) as a tied breaker...
Whyme: Great Idea on Rotating Coaches...
I believe the clubs would love the idea of having coaches involved (you get to know all the talent in your club!)

What about playing indoor this winter? There are lots of different coaches and teams. Tons of fun for the kids.

Just sounds like a way to look at future players without getting in trouble for recruiting

What about it? Well, it is a waste of time and money, but beyond that I wouldn't do it.

Re: Classic League - Developmental League
I did it: I am Sure some coaches/clubs will manipulate some rules...
But the idea behind it is that Out of the same club you could form a developmental team.. kids rotate every week.. coaches rotate every week... an extra game (Sunday?)
If you are getting recruited within your Same club.. now the clubs has a issue and your coach will...
Recruiting violations will stop at the time the association/league hits the clubs and coaches pockets...
