96B Classic teams listed

They must be preparing the schedules for Classic, as the following teams now show up on the site as the U14 teams for the upcoming season. (I had to split the teams into the three divisions - I think it's right.)

The only team change from the invitation list seems to be that East Texas Spirit earned their BYE slot back from Texas Titans - so they must have made the 75% transfer.

Also, FWU Blue is now FWU Gold, and Aces is now Aces Black. Everything else appears to be as expected.

Just curious...where did the newbies in D3 come from? I assume they had to qualify, but were they the champs in Plano and Arlington last year?

East Texas Spirit is the D3 Texas Titans team from last year, which was the D3 East Texas Spirit team the year before that. They left ET to join the Titans before last year, then decided leave the Titans and rejoin the ET club this year. Since they retained 75% of the players, they kept the bye that was earned by the team during the May challenges.


The only true newbie is Jacksonville Flash, which won Arlington last year and finished second in the May challenges.
