Fever United Looking for 04s

Fever United Red 04 (Phiri) is looking for a few boys to add to our roster. We are looking for dedicated, hard working, athletic boys with a real passion for the game. This group just finished a very succesful season in the Primetime Gold Bracket with a record of 6-1-1. We are looking to add more talent as we will be transitioning onto the 9v9 fields. Fever Red is based out of Colleyville and coached by Stephen Phiri. Practices are held at Colleyville Middle School on Mondays from 6:00 to 7:30. Stephen Phiri's Bio.
* At U16 Stephen made the Regional ODP team out of pool of 500 players.
* At U17 Stephen played for the Texas Lightning Club under Chris Hayden and went on to win the Texas State Cup In 1999.
* Stephen then attended the University Of Southern Maine from 1999-2000 and was named NAIA All American his freshmen year leading his conference with 20 goals.
* He then transferred to West Texas A&M in 2000-2001 he helped lead his team to the NCAA Div. II Final Four and secured 4th place.
* In 2001-2002 Stephen went on to play with the Dallas Burn and later on joined the Dallas Tornados, his pro career was short lived due to knee injuries.
