Presidents Cup (U15)

Although it's still somewhat early; what (U15 Boys) will be competing in this years Presidents Cup? Will it be less numbers due to HS ball??? Will NTX make acceptions for U15/above scheduling due to HS ball???
2011 results:
TFC Blue defeated Millenium to advance to the Region III tournament...
Will TFC Blue be back to defend their crown???

I do know the team from ETX will be there also...Do you know of any others???

Talked to the Barcelona coach at a HS game Friday night, sounded like they were playing but not 100% sure. I wonder if the dates will hurt any teams since it's the last weekend of spring break.
