Solar Coaches not getting paid

Anyone following this thread from the girls site or know anything about this?

Any truth to latest drama? See lots of Solar activity for the 99 and 98 PA...Bad time of yr for these issues/rumors...Andro FC fresh on the mind.

That is an interesting thread - sounds serious. Can't pay the employees because money they hoped to have didn't come in? Bad cash flow and bad management it sounds like.

I can see a new club forming - Solar FC.

Solar96 would address this issue himself, but his internet service has been disconnected for lack of pay.

I read through all the posts on the girls forum yesterday and the only "facts" I saw among all the posts were:
* Coaches did not get paid on June 1st as they were supposed to.
* They didn't get paid because the club is having to make a down payment on some property in North Dallas and using the general fund that coaches would get paid from.
* The reason for this is because some angel investor, or bank, was supposed to give them the money by June 1st but hasn't come through with it yet

So out of the 4 pages (at that time), did I miss any other "facts"?

One thing I'd like to know is what city, or even better, location of the property that they are supposed to be purchasing? I had heard through the grapevine in late April that Solar would be making a major announcement regarding fields. Did they ever publicly, or privately, provide details?

I agree with "bwgophers". This just doesn't make sense. Why are those coaches staying?
But, maybe they don't live paycheck-to-paycheck and have real jobs.
Maybe they were promised backpay once this whole mess is cleared up.

It seemed like they were saying the June 1 payroll was the second payroll missed--that it also occurred May 1.

Maybe Abramovich decided the money is better invested in Pep Guardiola.

I heard the fields are behind (South) the Super Target off of Hwy 121 and Main Street (The Colony).
