Very nice facilities here in Greenville, SC. Feel free to post results and keep up with our North Texas teams as they battle regional state champions and Premier League leaders for a berth in the National Championship tournament next month.

Many college coaches on the sidelines today at the AYSES Gold 94 team. We have one senior and 3 Juniors not committed.

AYSES 94 Gold plays the Vestavia Steamers 94 the Alabama state cup champion and Dallas Texans Red plays the FC Alliance Black 94 Tennessee state cup champion tomorrow.

Congrats FCD Premier 98 for winning Bracket D and advancing to the QuarterFinals against GSA Phoenix Red

FCDallas Premier 98 wins Quarterfinals 2-0 over GSA Phoenix Red in extra time including a PK save to end the 1st OT.

Solar Red 99 plays in the Semi's, Solar 95 Plays quarters, Ayses 94 plays Qtrs and Dallas Texans 94 play QTRS on Tuesday.

This regional is extra special for the 94's. They get to keep playing with their team until they loose then their youth soccer career is over. It has provided a chance for the players to continue to play together with their club team as they get ready for college soccer. Good luck North Texas tomorrow.

SoccerNovice, you are selling short the experiences of the other teams. This is a very unique and special experience for ALL of the teams involved, not just the 94's or 93's that are participating in this tournament. How many teams ever return to this tournament and excel - very very few - cherish the memories irregardless of the age.

My husband spoke with a former Texans player, Danny Lopez, this weekend. Danny and his family had no thought about going to college, until he was offered a 4-yr scholarship to SMU for soccer. Danny is now a Texan's coach and will head to law school next year. Soccer opened all the doors for him. Good luck to all those players heading to college!

Solar Chelsea 95 Boys win Quarter-final game against last years National Champions - (GA) Concorde Fire Elite.

Both teams came into the game giving up 0 goals during normal course of play. Solar gave up one PK during bracket play.

The Semi-final game ended 0-0 after regular time and overtime.

Solar wins in PK's and will play in the semi-final tomorrow.

North Texas has one team advance to regional semi-finals tomorrow at U18 level.

AYSES 94 Gold will play the Tulsa Soccer Club Black 94. Two very good teams.

Think of it this way there are only four teams in each of the four regions of USA that advance to the semi-finals (top 16 youth teams at their age level in USA)

Hunter, have you ever had a senior? SoccerNovice is right on and not in any way diminishing the experience of the other teams. The entire senior year of high school is filled with bittersweet moments that are "last-time's." Good luck to AYSES 94 today. Keep that last year going straight through a national championship!

Another great day at the US Youth Soccer Southern Regionals today featuring match ups of some of the best club soccer teams in the USA in semi-finals matches.

Tulsa Soccer Club Earle had not been scored against in the Regionals through bracket play and the quarterfinals match. Today, the AYSES Gold 94 gave them all they could handle creating numerous scoring opportunities. When the smoke cleared, both teams had given it all they had and left nothing on the field. Final score TSC Earle 3 AYSES 94 Gold 2

The AYSES Gold 94 players will now head home with their heads held high and will focus on getting fit for college soccer. Their youth soccer careers are now over. Our coach said this is the best AYSES soccer club team to date to have graduated from our soccer program. The good news that we will have some really good teams coming up from the academy program and developing in Classic League and Plano age groups. I look forward to one of our teams winning the Regionals and National Championship some day. Good luck to those future players.

Congratulations to Ayses 94!! That is a big accomplishment and they can be very proud. I have a 94 and I know all about the "lasts" this year. We choked it in State Cup - but glad to see someone do well.

Wow way to go Solar 95 that is a great accomplishment let's cross our fingers the FC Dallas 98 team wins. The regionals has been a very fun trip!
