No kidding that is a lot. I've always wondered how you compare the Arlington divisions to Classic divisions. For example, what would be a D1 Arlington team compared to a classic divison? Does a D1 classic = D1 Arlington? Or is there no magic formula? I'm counting about 9 D1 classic, 6 D2 classic,6 D3 classic and 5 PP teams without out of town teams or teams I don't know. Where would the arlington teams fit in for brackets?

Arlington is comparable to Plano (PPL). My guess is there will be a gold flight for D1 and top ranked out of town teams (pretty sure a team from Arkansas took it all last year); a silver flight for D2, D3 and similarly ranked out of town teams, and a bronze flight for all remaining teams from Plano, Arlington, etc. This may not be exact as teams list which flight they prefer when registering. That is just a guess.

Nice thing is there are plenty of teams so everyone should get seeded where they can be competitive.

I see Arkansas Comets playing again. That is team from last year that won it all and they looked pretty darn good doing it.

A couple of observations:

· Don’t know who that Atlas Aguilas Real 99 team is, but I do know who that Eclipse 00 Black team is and they do not belong in the Gold Bracket. This is Plano catering to out of town teams and I hate that FCD Suarez and Andro White have to pay the price for it.

· I also don’t know if Texas Toros should be ahead of FCD Suarez or Andro White to get into the Gold Bracket. They are a solid team, but FCD Suarez and Andro White have a slight better history than they do.

· FCD Premier 01 should not be in Gold Bracket over FCD Suarez or Andro White. While they will be competitive, there is no reason why a team with a good record vs. teams in the Gold Bracket playing within their own age group should be knocked down to Silver to accommodate a team playing up. They should be behind any D2 00 team or credible out of town 00 team.

You are absolutely right LaRoja2012, that was my mistake. I was looking at the CL standings from last season and didn't realize that DT West had dropped to play in D2 this upcoming season. My apologies to the team and coach for the comments and mis-information. They are where they should be for the right reasons.

Bracket 2 is the group of death!!!! A couple of very good teams will be going home too early IMO.

Bracket 3 is very week. I think either of the 2 teams from bracket 2 that will be eliminated during pool play would easily win or at least come in second place in this bracket.

Brackets 1 & 4 look pretty well balanced.

This has to be premature. To have the AR Comets as the second last seed when they won it last year makes no sense. Top 4 seeds should be Comets, Solar, DT Craft amd FCD East. Next 4 should be Wizards, DT, MS team,Chivas. Next 4 - Houston, FCD Premier, Tejanos, Atlas 99 (why 99s), DT White, Toros, Tulsa, Eclipse.

Is Dallas Texans 00 Boys West the same or substantially similar to what was the Comets Blue 00 team that has been in D3 for the past two seasons?

it looks to be the old comets coach that is now coaching this team, so maybe he has a few players from last years team. pretty sure there are a few players from the dt red west team still there too. so maybe a mix of comets, dt red west and additional players picked up, but that is just a guess.

So is ZB really coaching two 00 teams? DT website shows him coaching this D2 team and the D1 boys team.

Yes, he is! He is also coaching former Maric's D1 team (or what it's left of it after PA).
