Goalie Wars & Beast Kick Challenge Janurary 5-6, 2013

Come check a new era in soccer! If you are a goalie looking for some extreme shots or even a soccer fanatic come and check out Goalie Wars & Beast Kick Challenge in Waco, Texas.

A+ Goalkeeper Academy and H.O.T. Soccer will be presenting Goalie Wars & Beast Kick Challenge on Saturday, January 5 and Sunday, January 6, 2013.

U10-U14 boys & girls will compete on Saturday January 5, 2013
Time: TBD

U15-U19 boys & girls will compete on Sunday January 6, 2013
Time: TBD

Goalie Wars is an extreme battle of amazing saves and shots. The difference between soccer and Goalie Wars is only two goalies face off on a 20 X 30 yard playing field. The winner will be declared after an intense five minute round where each opponent will try to score as many goals as possible during that time period.

The Beast Kick Challenge is designed to highlight your best team free-kick shooters. The shooters will test their accuracy and ability to make successful free kicks from distances of 18 yards, while your opponent does the same.

Goalie Wars & Beast Kick Challenge is open to youth and college players. There will also be music, food and merchandise to buy while enjoying a part of the number one sport in the world.

Participation fees are $60.00, which includes both the Goalie Wars & Beast Kick Challenge. All champions and finalists in each age and gender division will receive a trophy/medal.

A+ Goalkeeper Academy would like you to join them in shining a new light on an old favorite. Come and support your favorite sport, family member or friend.

Registration is open,

Our goal is to have 10 keepers per age group.

yes, we allow keepers to play up as long as the player and parent understand that they are playing up. i have a U9 Boy participating in the U10 age group.
U10-U12 will use size 4 soccer balls.

Goalie Wars and Beast Kick Challenge will be played in WACO, TEXAS at the Heart of Texas Soccer Complex.

I have received several questions regarding shooters. Shooters don't necessarily need to be from your team, as long as each keeper's shooters are within the same age group or younger.

We are still looking for a few more keepers to participate in our 2nd annual Goalie Wars & Beast Kick Challenge Tournament. It’s never to Early to register, if you have any questions or concerns please let me know.
