u13 dallas texans fall festival

does anyone see any cl d2 teams getting into the top bracket in the dallas texans fall festival?

the way i am seeing it, there are way too many good out of town teams who will knock out the d2 teams from the top bracket of 16 teams.

i see the following teams making the top bracket:

dt red
fcd premier
fcd east
wizards
chivas
dt dallas
dt white
ark comets
co rush
fl doral sc
fc houston atlas aguilas
fc houston mana
houstonians rayados
sugarland falcons
slsc amfc
ok celtic

this would leave out a good lp kuyt and aztecas team.

any thoughts?
