Looking for players to form new independent team-Allen/Plano

We're looking for players interested in joining an independent team forming in the Allen/Plano area. We have a number of players who have played Classic and Plano D1 but who are not interested in going back to the club system here in North Texas.

Our goals for the club are as follows:
1. Max roster 15
2. All players play >50%
3. All players play both offense and defense (not stuck in single position)
4. Practice 2x/week during season (skills training from professional coach)
5. Practice 1x/week off-season + indoor/futsal
6. Cost <$750 year, hopefully closer to $500
7. Give players time and freedom to play other sports and take vacations :-)

We will be having tryouts in early June.

not to bag on you too hard, but you are 1-12 in ppl?

The current team is at the bottom of PPL - not that we would have been in the top 12 anyway but we played about a third of our games with just 9 or 10 players, lots of playing time though - and the team is disbanding. A few players played on some decent teams 2 years ago (PPL D1 and Classic 3 top 5) and we'd like to keep them together with a stronger, soccer-focused team. The goal is to compete in PPL1 at a minimum, if not, it won't be worth running a team. I really don't think we need to pay $2500+ to play PPL, we just need a group of parents who are willing to get off the hamster wheel...(and you can always go back)

Well that will do it, good luck on your search, there are plenty of kids out there.

And just to be clear, we are looking to make this a new team - I would say we will need at least 10 and possibly up to 12 new players depending on response.
