Summer I Futsal League at Kickem (Rowlett)
Date: Start on June 6th, 7th
Eight games and final game (Every Thursday or Friday evenings)
Registration Dead line May 31st, 2013
Age Group: U4, U5, U6 Boys and Girls (3x3)
U7through U15 Boys and Girls (5x5)
Format: 15 minutes half
Location: Kickém Training Facility
2502 Lawing Lane, Unit B
Rowlett, TX 75088

Fee: $ 200.00 for U4, U5, U6 and $ 5.00 per team/game for ref. fee
$ 350 for U7 through and U15 and $ 5.00 per team/game for ref. fee
Payment policy: ½ due by registration. Team balance due before the 2nd game.
Award: U4, U5, U6 divisions will receive trophies/t-shirts for first place and medals for second place
U7 through U15 will receive $ 50.00 off their next session fees.
ID required for participation. (ID is valid for a year) -- $ 15.00
