Winter '07 Boys

We are trying to decide which tournaments and league we are going to put our boys in for the winter. We are looking at playing a couple of tournaments and putting the boys in futsal. Wanted to see what other teams plans were before we decide, so that we can get our boys the best competition and not play the same teams over and over like we did in indoor this past summer.

Where are you looking at playing futsal at this winter...we are playing at the RISE.

Right now we are looking at playing at Dallas Soccer Center.

We played at Blue Sky-Allen in the summer and there were only four teams. So we ended up playing the same teams multiple times. Right now we are playing in SDL and have enjoyed the opportunity to play different teams.

Last winter we played at the rise and depending on what divison you are in there were quite a few in the division to play against and it is now futsal. You should give it a try because FC Dallas 07 is playing out there along with some other good teams.

For winter indoor we are thinking about PSA which is 9v9 for 1st graders/07s.

We are more than likely going to play in the ESPN Copa qualifying tournament Nov 15-17.

Our team is Andromeda 07B (Volkan)

Cool. I saw there's a total of 4 teams. I hope more sign up.

Also, Andro 07 and Andro 07 Blue have decided on 5v5 PSA winter futsal instead of regular indoor. I hope other teams sign up.

Just thought I would update since I started the thread. We are now planning on putting teams in both the Saturday Dallas Soccer Center Futsal League and the Sunday PSA Futsal league, so that our boys who play multiple sports will have a chance to get some games in over the winter. We are still trying to decide which tournament to sign-up for the weekend of Nov 15-17.
