Samba FC NextGen U14B Practices Begin Sunday 10/27/13

Thank you to all who came out for our Samba FC NextGen U14B/U14 information meeting yesterday at Harold Patterson, Field E Pavilion (multi-purpose fields), 1100 Wimbledon Dr., Arlington, TX 76017 (located off Bardin Rd) and for those of you who have contacted us by phone. We're looking forward to getting NextGen started in DFW!

NextGen (www.ngssoccer.com) is a national league sanctioned by USL (uslsoccer.com) through USSF (www.ussoccer.com). After careful consideration, competitive U14B/U14G players who do not currently play for a Samba FC NextGen coach will be required to have a guest player release from their current coach to participate in NextGen.

The NextGen system will work in conjunction with the Olympic Development Program (ODP).

This inaugural year NextGen will only field U14 Boys and U14 Girls teams who will participate in scheduled events with other NextGen teams in the region and in tournaments in preparation for the National Tournament in April 2014.

We will travel to Bradenton, FL April 1-7, 2014 for the NextGen National Tournament where players will be evaluated by the staff at IMG Academy (www.imgacademy.com) and national team selectors. Events will include games, education and testing.

Practices will be held on Sundays at Harold Patterson Sports Complex, 1100 Wimbledon Dr., Arlington TX, 76017 starting 10/27/13. Times: TBD
