I think this weekend will make the promo/relgnt picture pretty clear.

Too bad only the top 2 in D2 and bottom 2 in D1 move at the eand of the year. Here is some "food" to have a feeding frenzy with......Wouldn't be fun to take D1 and D2, have a year end tournament and see what happens.....

How about this:

Relegate 9-10 from D1 to D2

Promote 1-2 from D2 to D1

Relegate 9-10 from D2 to D3

Promote 1-2 from D3 to D2

Have 6-7-8 in D2 play 3-4-5 in D3 for a division swap

Have the new 3-10 in D3 playoff in an APL, PPL, CCSAI qualifier

Would offer do the same as "Have 6-7-8 in D2 play 3-4-5 in D3 for a division swap" for D1 also (Have 6-7-8 in D1 play 3-4-5 in D2 for a division swap)

yeah.....this will make everyone wana toss in their 2 cents....too bad it will never happen....lol

That would be a great way to validate team ranking if it was applied across the league from D1 to D3 because it would give each division a glimpse at each other allowing them to assess the distance in skill that may or may not exist.

Having children play 18 games in a league season is enough. Everyone plays everyone twice...then the promotion / relegation seems fair.

Glad to see D2 getting some discussion. Usually focused only on D1 in the threads - U-13 D2 has several very solid teams competing. Agree it will be interesting to see who the final 2 moving up will be.

I think FCD Spiars will finish at #1.

Not the day I expected:
-FCD Spiars tied FCD Red 2-2
-Dallas America lost to Solar 0-1

And I though there would be clear favorites by the end of the day...... Top 6 teams tomorrow: #2 Samba has #3 FCD Spairs (tied in the fall 4-4), #1 Dallas America has #6Texans Red (Texans prevailed in the fall 2-1) and #5 Azzuri vs. #4 Solar (also tied in the fall 1-1). Should be a fun day....if the weather holds out.

D1 watches D2 and it's good to see D2 and D3 posting on the forum because there is a lot of interest in seeing who is battling for promotion and relegation.
