DA Coaches

Local DA teams begin this weekend. It is the debut for the teams U15 and older.

FCD v SKC
Solar v Houston Dynamo (the original)
DT v Texans SC (defending national champion)

2-3 of Texans SC's best returning players moved to FCD, so it's time for Texans SC to develop more players.

Hayden is taking over FCD 18s as Molina was peter-principled.

We should be due for a new assessment of DA coaches by the end of September.

Records may or may not be a great guide. I'm pretty sure I could coach Alabama to a victory over a Vince Lombardi coached UNT.

I haven't seen enough to judge where a coach can take his'n and beat your'n and take your'n and beat his'n, but feel free to reposition the rankings.

Hudgell's U18 is -18 GD (16 goals for, 34 against in 12 games): twice, they lost a game 7-0, once against FC Dallas and once at the showcase against BW Gottschee Academy. Can't score, can't defend. Is any college coach going to recruit from this disaster of a team? Time for Smith to move up and coach the U16 and U18 teams?
