I will go first

Solar Quiroz (Keep bye in D3)
Scrappers Elite (Relegation)
FCD East (Relegation)
EVO Green (Relegation)
Juventud (Keep bye in D3)
Solar Cates (Relegation)
A Espnaol (Promotion to D2)
F.C.Warryors (Relegation)
FCD WTX (Promotion to D2)
Texas Premier FC Barca (Relegation)

Remind me how the relegation/promotion rules work for D3? Top 3 promoted rest related?

Now that the teams are three games in, maybe people can share what they've seen.
Current standings...

DISCLAIMER:
We are talking about 12-13 yr old boys people... a gust of wind might distract these guys! You never know which kid is going to show up and play!

1. F.C.WARRYORS
1st place finish. Saw this team during the summer. Picked up a major stud, DA quality, and added other good players. The stud carries the team; slow him down and you might have a chance.

2. JUVENTUD FC
2nd place finish. They like to play the game, not just bang it forward. The got a favorable start by playing two teams that are fairly new.

3. FC DALLAS YOUTH WTX
7th place finish. Picked up a gimme win over Scrappers so the 3rd place spot may be misleading. They dominated in APL but I don't think they finish top 4.

4. SOLAR 05B QUIROZ
4th place finish. Not a very athletic team, not big and don't have super fast studs, but they can move the ball. Possession style futbol will keep them in every game.

5. ATHLETICO ESPAÑOL
3rd place finish. Depend on their studs also... their studs are not as good as Warryor's though.

6. TEXAS PREMIER FC BARCA 05B
9th place finish. Jury is still out on this team. Saw them play over the summer but they don't look the same group. Maybe they had guest players.

7. COLLEYVILLE EVOLUTION
6th place finish. Another team that depends on their studs too much. Very fast up top, which will keep them in most games. Need more balance to crack the top 4; they are close.

8. SOLAR 05B CATES
8th place finish. Unless they picked up a new starting 11 from last years Plano team, I don't think these guys finish above 5th.

9. FC DALLAS YOUTH 05B EAST
5th place finish. Even though these guys have played the toughest schedule so far, I don't think they have enough for top 4. Not at bad team though.

10. SCRAPPERS ELITE
10th place finish. So is team showing up to play and losing every match 3-0, or are these forfeits? Maybe driving in from Wichita Falls has broken this team.
