Congratulations to Dallas Texans Stavrou for winning the 07 group over a good team out of Croatia. They had a tough draw but squeaked out of the group of death, then pulled off the upset in the rematch.

The local teams had a good showing in this age group with 2 Texans teams and Solar making it out of the group stage. Texans Stavrou and Solar Red had a great battle in the semis that went to PKs.

Glad to see North Texas hold serve against some international competition and some big club’s future DA squads on home court.

Some great footy played this weekend by all. The Texans v Solar match was definitely a nail biter! Congrats to the boys for beating the team from Croatia and representing NTX soccer!
