I noticed that the premier league schedule shows a round robin in south texas over labor day-presumably teams one through four will not be in the LD tournament.
Also, I can appreciate the limitations inherent in a box of jumbo crayons, but Eagle, those are definitely wings, not arms.

ASG Gold West just played against Arkansas(won) and TSC(Tied) at beat the heat. I think Arkansas beat the Comets in that tournament. Both teams would be upper D2/mid to lower D1 teams in Dallas.

"Your top four teams" Your only going to have 4 top teams in gold and 4 for silver then 2 for finals. Sorry maybe I should have explained it better .

Why would they change a nicely numbered group of 16 teams to a somewhat disfigured 19-team division? scratch

Umm, 16+2 = 18. Looks like they created two 18 team divisions. (Of course 16 works out much better...) Seems to make sense to move a State Cup Quarterfinalist up into gold though.

Sorry my mistake, thought Milan was seperate team cause I was on my phone which shortens the amount of words on a line so the azzuri team looked like 2 teams........ lol
