Yeah, weather could throw this all off without question and if the weather is as bad as the forecast says it might be, I'd toss all predictions out the window.

I do have FCD Premier beating AE, and I actually think that game could potentially look almost as bad as their game against ODY, though if what's been said about the Forward they lost is true, it'll be interesting to see how that affects their goal output (which hasn't been that great to begin with in their first three games, ODY excluded). Just don't think AE has the depth to hang with the top half of D1 this year and save for a few players, I think they lack the speed necessary.

I don't think TFC is going to be as competitive as last season against the top D1 teams this year, though I think some others believe they will be (time will tell who's right I guess). I think it's going to come down to FCD Premier and Solar who play each other in their respective 9th games to decide who's #1 at the halfway point (least I think that's when they meet). I think Red South will actually be right in the mix as well though I think FCDY and DTRS will be battling it out for P3 and P4.

All in, ODY brings up the bottom of the pack, then there's a decent sized gap to AE, Lightening, and TFC, then a smaller gap to DTR and DTWW, then another gap to FCDY, FCDP, Solar, and DTRS. Just my gut based on what I've seen so far and I think first comes down to FCDP and Solar (which might change if FCDP's goal output doesn't improve). I think a few of the teams are still coming together quite frankly (I'm not sure any of them played enough early season tournaments but I'm not their coach and he might know something I don't).

1 Odyssey vs. AE 2
2 TFC vs. DT White 2
1 DT Red South vs. FCD Premier 0
2 Amarillo vs Solar 2

1)Texans Red sort things out this week I believe.
2) Texans Red South hasn't given up a goal in 4 games counting Premier league.
3) Solar continues to score but is unable to keep other teams out of their net. Have to defend also.

4 games played 17 goals for and 1 against going into sundays game? and this is basically without their top striker who only played in 1 1/2 games anyway if he hadnt been hurt and played every game with premier this would have got waaaaay out of hand

Lets at least be intellectually honest. It's 7 goals in 3 games and 10 against an average Plano team trying to pretend to be a D1 team.

hmmmm ok that same ppl/d1 team hasnt been beaten like that since? oh and didnt some say texans south would be premier? bottomline is whos in 1st after 4 games? who has the most goals for and the least goals against? good start so far i my opinion

A parent just said that this was "the one and two teams playing each other".

Pretty sure that wasn't the case.

Don't know the score but pretty sure Odyssey lost as well.

oh hell wait a second i spoke too soon american eagles scored 2 goals on premier and premier only scored 5 so bringing their(FCD premier) total to 22 goals for and 3 against

Good start no doubt. Little surprised to see two goals scored on them by the team that tied Ody 1-1 yesterday.

Well, well.....it appears that TFC is as good as they are believed to be. The real question is can anyone stop FCDP?

With FCD (championship team reconstructed through recruiting)being the obvious class and eventual runaway winner of D1 in this age group and Odyssey (unfortunate that these boys are being subject to this) clearly heading to relegation or worse, ... Who will rise from D2 or 'D1 retool' and be competitive with FCD next time around?
