QT schedules released?

Anybody have any scoop on when the QT schedules will be released? I assume after the TM meeting later this week. I have heard there are a million teams looking to qualify and they may have to cap the number of teams. Have you heard the same thing? Best of luck to all the '03 teams!

After the manager's meeting this weekend the schedules should be posted.

I cannot imagine them capping the number of teams and lose out on all that money.

It is a good thing that more teams are entering as it is showing the growth in the sport that we need.  

Heck, there were around 100 teams playing in an academy league somewhere in DFW in the Spring.  they should have expected a big turn out for QT.

As for the date, I have no idea but I will ask our team manager at practice tonight.

The manager's meeting is this Saturday, they should be posted Sunday I suspect, I recall the schedule coming out for us the day or two after our managers meeting.

I don't think there is a link. Most likely way to view a list of the teams is to befriend some idiot who has the list.

Blind is a plus, but dead (while it means less talking) is not really what I'm looking for w.r.t. the ladies. Seems like a few teams missing. Who knows.

I would like to see FW Juventus on that list... Dark horse made a splash in the Gold division of the King Tut this weekend...

Yeah, no idea, would think they would be registered.  They said 50 teams and sent a list of 50 teams.  There are a few local ones to us that I guess must just be playing PPL/Arlington.  Its entirely possible people are screwing up the paperwork, it takes a while to photoshop all those birth certificates, sign waivers with 15 different styles of handwriting, and make up funny sounding contact info (pediatrician: Dr. Buster Highmen 817-999-6969).  

As far as ranking, they apparently asked multiple sources for input so I filled out our coaches ballot.  I feel just like Steve Spurrier's secretary.  I didn't really know the teams too well so I just listed the top 300 players by position.  

I think I put NSYSA FW NWA NSFW Juventus in the mid-teens.

List unavailable...no rankings yet by anyone???

It is going to be hard to have an accurate list without considering the older results for teams that are no longer the same as they were when the results were achieved... Although some teams may have remained the same, there are certainly a bunch of different combinations of players, coaches, managers out there now, and the King Tut illustrated that... I'm as curious as anyone to see the list, but unless it is based on the results post July 1st, it would be hard to trust... Too bad Mother Nature spoiled the Puma Cup for several teams, and because of that infamous 30 minute downpour, that list we all want to see would be even more speculative... I wanted to see the results of those Puma Cup games to guage the QT competition accurately, and now some teams will come in a mystery to all! I know that King Tut made some $ on parking, but The Big Cat really got paid this weekend... I was not there, but to see all of the negative comments posted, I'm glad I spent my time in Frisco! The King Tut was an awesome experience...
