FC Dallas 07 Boys-East looking

 

Umm...I mean you are the drama. You are exactly the reason why I would stay away from FCD East and this coach. There are lots of other coaches that do not generate this type of negativity.

4, not really inclined to go on this journey with you. It's not my shtick.. Hopefully you can stay above the fray. You may be anonymous here, but the man upstairs knows....keep it classy.

 

Wow!!!! Not standing up for any coach here. Yes I am involved in the East FCD program but not with my '99, he plays elsewhere. I have my academy aged boy playing there. The Eastside FCD has way too much drama. It is like highschool out at RCP. I have been down this road before but did it independently with my '99. Thought I would give my younger one more with the big club experience. This is a joke out there. All the coaches out there have thier faults. Figo builds because when a parent talks to him he actually carries on a conversation with them. All of the coaches I have met out there are arrogant and cocky as hell. He will talk to the other teams kids and parents. Therefor when the kid/parent is not happy they go next door. The other coaches are to stuck on themselves to give you the time of day. Bottom line the soccer world is small never close a door. If these other coaches would think more club like and business like they would be more successful. Does Figo have parents that are unhappy of course all teams do. Now the business side kicks in. If the other coaches would quit worrying about how they walk or how good they can make themselves look then they might be the second option. Example " if I was not happy with where I am. I would think to myself where can I go. Hmmm. Well all the other coaches here are unapproachable so then. Guess what go to another club not another coach within FCD East" these coaches here are arrogant and like someone else pointed out do not produce the CL teams. I am weird I guess you could say. I thought this club deal was more like a "club" Not at all. All these boys and girls wear the same jersey but have 0 connection because of the childish arrogant coaches. I was the dummy thinking that we all represented the club FC Dallas. Was completely wrong there. We support how big our coaches egos are.

Sorry if this was a ramble but hey very disappointed in all the coaches that get paid from FCD I mean coach for FCD.

Figo is a great builder, agreed, but he has more teams blow up than any other coach, too. Ask where his D1 97 team went....oh, yes, those parents DEMANDED A DIFFERENT COACH, and now that team is up in Frisco. He builds and collapses, it's his cycle.

And the majority of the other FCD coaches make fun of him; they don't take him seriously, that's why he was passed over as a PA/DA coach/asst coach!

wasn't he also passed up for DOC in the east?
