Texas Longhorns Movie Night and Player v Coach Smackdown

The Texas Longhorns Soccer Club is having a movie night and player v coaches soccer smackdown Saturday night June 12th for the community and everyone is invited. KLAK 97.5 will be providing a DJ for the night we will have food, bounce castles, fun and soccer games, silent auction, and many other cool things going on at our Fairview Soccer Complex in Fairview, Texas. If you have not had a chance to see this new soccer facility, this will be a great chance to see the facility and have a great time with your family.

We are going to be showing the movie "Kicking and Screaming" on a large screen on our fields and parents and families can bring blankets and chairs to set up and enjoy the evening in our family friendly environment.

The event starts at 5:30 PM at the Fairview Soccer Complex and the movie with start at sunset. We will have food and drinks tickets are $3 per family member and you can pay at the entrance tomorrow night.

The facility is ready everyone come out tonight after USA and England game and have a great time with your family! Lots of food, fun, and activities for parents and kids and a DJ from KLAK radio 97.5.

We had over 300 + people from within the club and the local community attend our coaches v player smackdown and movie night tonight. The Purple Cow restaurant cooked hamburgers and hot dogs, the coaches beat the players 4 to 1 proving technical skill and knowledge of how to play the game beat shear athleticism since some coaches were not necessarily lean like their early soccer years.

What a great way to wrap up the day after USA tied England in the World Cup match today.

KLAK radio DJ did a great job and the Longhorns Club was featured on the radio throughout the week including live broadcasts from the Fairview Soccer Complex facility tonight, we had bouncy castle and many games for the kids and players. We raffled off a variety of prizes and the families and players enjoyed the movie "Kicking and Screaming" under the stars like a drive inn movie.
