Someone made some good picks, especially in Gold (pats self on back)!IlikeEPL wrote:For some midweek excitement:
Well, in the Gold Division, I will take Ayses Gold v. Houstonians FC in the Finals.
Houstonians FC to win! Certainly, the big match up should be DTS and Houstonians in the semis.
Silver A - Meja all the...kidding.
I have to think the TSC hurricane teams will meet in semis, so only 1 will be able to advance, but probably 2 best teams.
So I will take TSC hurrican Blackwell v. FCD Central Blue in Finals. (Not putting much money on ny pick)

Congrats to Solar Chelsea for making it into the Silver A Finals.
Reminds me of FCD Lopez last year! Lose in CL play and then play brilliantly in tournaments!
Crawford has the boys playing well!!!

it looks.like there was a forfeit in gold finals. Already posted as 3-0 win for Houstonians? Game supposed to kick at 3:00pm.

Re: Plano Labor Day Tourney - 99s
Assume they forfeited; they did have a 7+ hour drive home, and their boys had a ton of homework to finish for tomorrow. Works out ok for Houstonians and their long drive as well.cracktheshot wrote:it looks.like there was a forfeit in gold finals. Already posted as 3-0 win for Houstonians? Houstonians,,,,,,,, solid team.
Fast , possession , counter strike, all good stuff. Really enjoyed watching that match . Except for their handling the ball resulting in a goal,,, very good team. Hand ball didn't cause us to lose, . Their strength and speed was spot on, JS

Re: Plano Labor Day Tourney - 99s
they had an unlucky fall basically coach had to reassign some of his new players and starting with the Texans fall festival they started to turn things around and had a decent spring although they had dug a deep hole for themselves in the fall and really came together for the state cup!IlikeEPL wrote:Congrats to Solar Chelsea for making it into the Silver A Finals.

Crawford has the boys playing well!!!

Oh??? Did someone use guest players, thus the results may not accurately reflect their team's capabilities??omega striker wrote:they had an unlucky fall basically coach had to reassign some of his new players and starting with the Texans fall festival they started to turn things around and had a decent spring although they had dug a deep hole for themselves in the fall and really came together for the state cup!IlikeEPL wrote:Congrats to Solar Chelsea for making it into the Silver A Finals.
