Alfonse closed the middle on defense and sent more kids on the attack. The goal was scored on a cross and finish from the left side. Really fun game to watch. Another fun game to watch was the FCD v Solar Red game. That battle for 4th place was the game of the weekend.

Yes, the epic Andro - DTS battle for second was indeed a great one to watch. Andro outplayed them though and definitely deserved the win... could have easily scored many more goals with several shots going just over the crossbar.

Oh how wrong we can be. Just ask FCD. Axx, you guys are in solid at #2. Great day for NTX soccer. Lot's of good games. Not too much of Clubs kickball. GO way to Go!

Thank you Mr. Klodhopper, appreciate the comment. Seems like the team started playing well at the right time. This morning was a slow start for us (I'll blame it on the time change) and Comets had us down 1-0 at half. We came on strong in the second and ended up winning the game 3-1.
Other scores would be nice?
DT Red vs. FCD South yesterday?
DTS vs. FWFC ?
Craft vs. Connell ?

I think the other scores from today were DTS 3-1 of FWFC, Craft 3-0 over Connell and haven't seen DT Red v FCD South posted yet.
