ESPN Copa Spring QT '97 Boys

Curious to see if any other '97 boys teams are thinking about playing this tournament which is March 14-16. I know it falls a week before the spring season starts for most but Barcelona is looking to play it as a tune up for the spring season. I spoke with the tourament director and they are hoping for enough teams (4 minimum) to make a true '97 bracket. I am sure like us it has been hard to have very much structure for your club team with all the high school activities. I would encourge you to check it out and think about playing. Its local and probably a good way to find your shape before the season starts.

hey coach good question i think you need to get other indies involved though with your 97s,what about your 99's will they be playing?   

Yes, the Barcelona 99B are registered and accepted.

We hope to get more 97B for this tournament. There is a good bracket of 97B already in the Copa ESPN Championship in April. The top 2 finishers from this event will get a bid for the April tournament. Here are the April teams registered thus far:
