Solar Chelsea Red 02 Boys (Stricker) Opportunity

Coach Chris Stricker will be looking to rebuild his top ranked State Cup Champion Division 1 Classic League Team this June for the fall. Chris coaches soccer at Coppell High School and due to U.I.L. rules, can't coach kids from Coppell once they enter 7th grade. That combined with a number players transitioning to the PA team next season, will mean the team will be adding approx. 10 new players. So there is PLENTY of opportunity to play in a high level league, with a fresh new team and with a coach committed to developing the kids for the next level.

Coach Stricker will be training the 02 boys for next year's Solar 02 Pre-Academy team so this is a GREAT opportunity to get into that player pool.

This opportunity is also open to high level 03 boys with 02 birthdays as he is preparing them for PA next year.

Try outs will begin on Wed. June 4th and Thurs. June 5th from 6-7:30pm at Andy Brown Park West in Coppell.  They will then continue after Super Copa.

All practices will be at Andy Brown West Park in Coppell right off of 121 and Denton Tap.

He has been around for 18 years. Something to be said about longevity.
He is trying to build a very strong team of 02 birth year boys so moving them into PA will be easier. Rebuilding that age group for Solar after Castro bolted to the dark side. Obviously, playing with him in club will help your chances in making the U-13 PA Team next year.

Posted in both the 02 and 03 age group...advertised benefit is more exposure to next years Pre-Academy coach... Dont get me wrong this team is top notch, tremendous boys, great coach, terrific results....

The challenge is 10 of these Top Notch Boys wont be around next year. Starting over with 10 new boys, some of which could be late fall 02 birth year players who will now be in an age "play up" situation, playing in Classic D1...
