Solar Blue 02 boys looking for players

Solar Blue, coached by Alan Smith, is inviting boys out to the Solar North soccer complex in McKinney to practices this week. We practice Monday and Wednesday from 6:15 to 7:45. We have two licensed coaches and a group that has fun learning and playing soccer.

The solar complex is at 2172 Country Lane in McKinney.

We are hoping to put final pieces in place this week. If you are in McKinney/Allen/Plano/Frisco or the surrounding areas and want to see what we are putting together, please call Coach Alan.

Solar Blue is looking for the final 1-2 boys to finalize roster. Please contact Coach Alan (info above) to get out to a session. We are looking for a defender or two, but really just want a few dedicated players with great attitudes that want to play.

I have a friend whose BB is on this team, and they really enjoy it. They say that he is a great coach. She said that he has a vision for the team and communicates that to the parents, always keeping them informed. If you are looking for a team in their area, my friend highly recommends this team.

That is really high praise, and we thank you (and your friend). That is the kind of environment we are working hard to build.

We are really excited about the coming year. I have been around soccer for a long time, and we have an exceptionally nice group of families/boys. They genuinely like each other, and they work and play hard (and together). We look forward to a fun year. We are very close to our final number, but we would welcome you to come check us out.
