96/97 Boys Showcase Tournament Team - Open practice June 1st

Texas Spurs 96/97 Boys
Open training sessions start June 1st. Training will be at Michael Johnson Performance Center, 6051 Alma Rd, McKinney, 75070

Team will be under the direction of Ed Puskarich.

2-3 training sessions per week
Showcase tournaments and college exhibition games only, no league play
8-10 tournaments included

Is this strictly for 96/97 boys, or for Juniors and Seniors? Or is the 96/97 referencing the birth year, or the soccer age group?

Also, what is the cost for a program like this? Will practices always be at that facility?

What time will the practices be?

It is 96/97 soccer year.
Yes, all practices will be at MJPC, that is the home training facility for the Texas Spurs FC.

We had a great group of boys out last night for our first training session! Practices will be each Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:00 at the Michael Johnson Performance Center in McKinney. Turf field is located inside the blue fence behind the building

If you are a 96 or 95 attending Jr College and not playing soccer but still want the college soccer experience, we may be able to help you. Come out and talk to the coach or give him and call and see if he can help you out 214-718-9963.

We have one opening for that Mid or forward wanting to show your talent in front of several College coaches. Our roster was at 18 but one of the Graduates from 2014 was presented with an updated offer by a college to play college soccer and he took it. So we are back down to 17 and looking for one more to come showcase their talent. We have our first College scrimmage, this Sunday the 10th. We practice in Allen/Mckinney at the Michael Johnson Performance Center on Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturday's with Optional Friday nights. This weeks training times are M & W at 8 PM to 9:30 PM. Saturday 10 AM to 11:30 AM and the Optional Friday time is 6PM to 7PM.
