Liverpool 03 St John Boys – Open Practices - MidCities Area

We played Division 3 Classic in the 2013/2014-year, finished in 4th place for the season. We lost 2 players in the spring season due to injuries and had a couple of starters leave at the end of the spring season due to family relocations. We moved to the 2nd round in the Challenge Qualifying tournament, despite losing starters at the end of the season. Did not advance, but we beat the advancing team 6-1.

Very strong team that will play in the Plano league this upcoming season and will focus on adding players, continuing development and will re-qualify for Classic next May. Will need a couple of solid players to replace the players that have moved.

Austin Hudson started as head coach in March. 10+ years professional soccer experience, ODP staff coach, and many coaching accolades over 20+ years. Led multiple teams to the National level and heavily involved in college recruiting. He has made a tremendous impact to the style of play in just 3 months and will continue to add value while preparing to get back into the Classic league. He has great demeanor with kids and focuses on both technical and strategic development.

Disappointing to see that you guys did not make it... Easily one of the better teams in the tournament, but things happen... Anyone who wants quality training for their son should look into this team... Don't let the not making Classic League thing keep you away; St. John is a VERY good team, and will be right back in Classic next year...
