One Spot left for 03B D1 team (Top 5)

Currently down to 1 spot and are looking for a Central Defender to play on our D1 Classic League team.

We are looking for a strong Central Defender with good ball skills and a desire to develop at the highest level against the top teams in division 1. If your defensive playing BB wants a challenge and a chance to play and develop alongside some of the top players in the league then this is an excellent opportunity.

It is going to be a great year for Classic League Division 1 03B teams as we get to challenge some of the best players and their "Established" top teams.

Did you steal number13's job?

No player losses before or after SuperCopa, but the Goalkeeper from Nipper's Dallas Texans 03B team and a talented defensive player from the North Texas 02/03 ODP state team have been practicing with the team this month and both will make an excellent addition to the defense.

We are still looking for an additional central defender, but any defensive player who wants to be part of our developing defensive line is welcome to attend our open practices and we encourage you to come out and see for yourself what type of defensive strategy we have in store for next season.

Number13 is the original and I am a big fan and just spreading his message to the soccer community.

Job?  This is the worst paying job ever.  I've just been too busy doing my real job (he says sheepishly) and going to U7 rec games and dance recitals to stay on top on all facets of '03 soccer life.

The Supercopa was the "end" of last season.  Team won't have the same roster as last season.   I doubt that is particular to this team.   I don't want to discuss individuals, but in general terms a few kids who put in a lot of hard work last season are out post-Copa looking for another team or level where they will get to play more.  Not a surprise.  All nice kids who will be missed.   So team will have a new GK, the returning 10 starting field players from U11 CL, and a few new additions who look like they will compete for starting spots.   Situation seems fine.

But as Mr Boucher said, Ody 03B have a spot for one more player for sure.   I mean, hell, you never know wth is gonna go down until July 1st, but right now the self-imposed max is 16 players and I think they have 15 verbal "commitments" in ncaa recruiting parlance.  It might be two spots.  

Open practices are Tues and Thurs @ 630, weather permitting.

Our final roster is nearly complete, but we are still looking to fill one more spot to an experienced and capable defensive player. 

We are limiting our roster to 16 players this season and so far have assembled a very talented defensive line supported by a hard working "Top 3" Goalkeeper to enable our experienced midfielders and forwards to concentrate their efforts on our high tempo offense.
