Watch Solar Red 99 play today via live stream. The game starts at 11 am central. Not sure if this will be live or delayed...

Re: NTX at Nationals
I was looking through other brackets and would like someone to clarify tie breakers for me.
U18 Boys - Group B had three teams all tied with a 2-1 record and 6 points. First place was awarded to the team with a + 3 goal differential. The other two teams both had a +1 goal differential and identical number of goals scored and allowed. One team had beaten the other in head to head by a score of 2-0. The team that lost the head to head match was awarded second place and goes into the semi-finals.
What was the tie breaker in this scenario? I thought head to head would have been the deciding factor.

FIFA Rules
The FIFA World Cup begins in eight separate groups. Each group includes four teams, and the teams in each group play a round-robin tournament with the top two finishers advancing to the next round. The tiebreaker rules involve points, goal differential, and goals scored, where three points are awarded for each win and one point is awarded for each draw. The official rules in Article 39.5 are as follows:
"The ranking of each team in each group will be determined as follows:
a) greatest number of points obtained in all group matches;
b) goal difference in all group matches;
c) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches.
If two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above three criteria, their rankings will be determined as follows:
d) greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned;
e) goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned;
f) greater number of goals scored in all group matches between the teams concerned;
g) drawing of lots by the FIFA Organising Committee."

Looks like Solar scored 3 goals within 13 seconds of each other early on in the 2nd half.
The web site is showing:
Woods 0:58 2nd half
Steward 1:08 2nd half
Steward 1:11 2nd half

Re: NTX at Nationals
Congrats to Solar Red 99 for back to back Bronze Medals at Nationals!
Jack Woods was the second leading scorer in the U15 age group. Also, their stingy defense only allowed 2 goals in bracket play.

Also congrats to FCD Premier 97 for making it to the U17 Finals!
Sergio Lara was the leading scorer in U17 age group with a whopping 7 goals!
