Performance Indoor Training - NEW STATE OF THE ART FACILITY Empty Performance Indoor Training - NEW STATE OF THE ART FACILITY

Post by The PIT 5/4/2015, 5:26 pm

The PIT is the newest indoor/outdoor soccer facility in north Texas.  This new facility has two huge indoor fields(with and without walls). It has outdoor fields. This will be a great place for kids and adults to play and have fun!

Our leagues will be 9v9, 7v7, 6v6, 4v4.  Flexible scheduling for busy coaches and parents.

Please check out our website.
(Please copy and paste as we just set up on this forum and need to wait the 7 days before including external links)
performanceindoortraining.com

We also have the Robotic Training Center for all of the adults and children.  This equipment will be the first in the U.S.  It is currently used by professional clubs in Germany and Mexico. Check this out!
vimeo.com/106609380

Our camps will start the week after school is out and go pretty much every week 9am-12pm Mon thru Fri. Our camps are headed by Peter Luccin a former professional who played at the highest level here in the U.S.(FC Dallas) and in Spain(Athletico Madrid, Celta, Zaragoza) & France(Marseille, PSG). Click on Camps and Tournaments for more information.

Please PM if you have any questions.  We are open to all teams.  Register ASAP!

Congratulations! Been waiting for this and excited to see the facility and training. It is funny to hear the words soccer, robotics, and training used in the same post and have a quick laugh and think about some of the joystick coaching in NTX Soccer. All the best!

Performance Indoor Training - NEW STATE OF THE ART FACILITY Empty Re: Performance Indoor Training - NEW STATE OF THE ART FACILITY

Very exciting to see the footbonaut here in NTX. The one I am familiar with has actually 8 devices to play the ball, 4 on the ground as it is shown in the video and 4 above for air balls. In the video it shows that area for the air balls covered. Is this something that will/can be added at a later stage? Also can clubs/ teams rent it for special training sessions?

The one on the video was the demo. The actual one at the PIT will serve balls on ground and in air. It can also spin the ball for curves.
Yes! Teams and clubs can rent it.

The Robotic Training Center(RTC) will be available to all. It can send balls in the air or on ground. It can spin the ball. Balls can be sent at various speeds. Professionals have tried it and we will have a point system to see if you have the touch and speed of play like a pro. This can also be used for goalkeepers.

The PIT will be one of the premier indoor leagues, camps, and overall soccer facility in the DFW area.

Focused on and built for the player!

Performance Indoor Training - NEW STATE OF THE ART FACILITY Empty Re: Performance Indoor Training - NEW STATE OF THE ART FACILITY

We love futsal and had wrestled with the choice of hard court or full sprint turf. We wanted the game to move fast and be able to allow for future flexibility in applications of the game. Using the fast turf allows for a thinner sprint turf for faster play. We also felt that in the future, if really needed, we could always lay over a futsal court as they did in the pro futsal league promo when FC Barcelona came down.
Our immediate solution is that we will have outdoor street soccer with a hard ground solution and a futsal type ball.
A player gets an hour wrist band to play street ball...regardless of age...just how street and pick up soccer should be and is missing in the DFW area.

Can you give more details on pick up? Cost? Days/times? Thank you.
