Registration Deadline is TONIGHT: PTCL, U6-U10 Sunday Academy League, with Team List

The PrimeTime Clubs League (PTCL) offers an academy league for U6-U10 that plays on Sundays in Dallas (MoneyGram Soccer Park), Grapevine, and Colleyville.

Established in 2005, the PTCL is sanctioned through US Club Soccer, which means teams/players are registered through US Club Soccer and allowed to participate in all tournaments sanctioned through US Club Soccer, as well as most NTSSA-sanctioned tournaments.

U6:  5v5, 20-minute halves, $525
U7 and U8:  7v7, 22-minute halves, $740
U9:  9v9, 25-minute halves, $790
U10:  9v9, 25-minute halves, $790
U10:  11v11, 30-minute halves, $890
Team registration fee includes referee fees

Teams choose a home playing location and will get at least 4 of their 8 games at the location of their choice.   In most cases, teams will get as many as 6 games at their home location.  U7-U10 teams may choose from Dallas (Moneygram Soccer Park), Grapevine, or Colleyville.  U6 will play at either Grapevine or Colleyville.

Any idea what the West playing locations will be? Meadowmere and Oak Grove are obviously out of the running this season.....unless we can play from canoes.

When will the change to calendar year and 4v4 for u6/7/8 and 7v7 for u9/10 be implemented per the USSF changes? Or will Primetime cease to follow USSF guidelines?

Also would like to know when is PCTL moving to birth year per USSF guidelines?

We are sanctioned through US Club Soccer, which is affiliated with USSF. We will adopt the changes at the same time the US Youth (NTSSA) leagues adopt the changes.

Our new U11-U14 league will be playing 9v9 this Fall in U11 and U12. 06 teams are all choosing 9v9 this Fall. 07's are playing 9v9 this Fall. 08's and 09's are playing 7v7 this Fall.

LIKELY, we will have 07's play 9v9 in Fall 2016 and keep 08's and 09's playing 7v7. This is not official, just my thoughts as of now.

It would be nice if LHGCL would provide some insight as to their future plans like Boys Classic did.

So, is it fair to assume that 07's will be the 1st to move to birth year age groups in 2017?

USSF may mandate all age groups go to calendar year in Fall 2017 or they may allow for some grandathering. I haven't a clue.
