Innocent questions, I swear. Just confused (and no affiliation with any affected team or club) ...

1. What happened to FC DALLAS (Rangel)?
2. Since they dropped out of D1, why did #13 Rayos move up to D1, instead of #11 Borgarello or #12 Titans?

Fc Dallas South fell apart. The other two teams passed.
