Superior Aztecas D2 ('02 Boys)

Congrats to Superior Aztecas on their win last Wednesday night vs. FC Premier (Forzi) 2-1.
I kinda got "Off Topic" about this in another posting about Playing Styles and as always, someone gets pissy.

Anyway, I have watched Forzi's boys beat D1 teams: DT South (in Edmond, Ok), LP Owen (Ken Smith, U-90, and tied 1-1 Labor Day, & Team X (U-90).
I think they are still a very good team with or without the star in the game.

Good job, Superior Aztecas for making D2 more interesting.
I thought for sure that Premier would dominate this division.

Aztecas seem to be a big, strong team with good defense. I really thought it was an older team when I saw them on the field at the PLD tourney. FC Premier will do fine. They play an in-your-face type offense, always trying to get the ball forward and play well together. They catch you sleeping on your back line and then spring the trap.

Wasn't knocking on Premier, who also has big, strong players, who also look like an older team.

Aztecas have 2 new additions to their team that when this whole year pure thing kicks off next season, will still be '02s.
