Can anyone here speak to the style of play this coach is trying to teach. Does the training style match the game play? How about preference of players? BFS?

Very defensive style of play. Training is mediocre not focused on player development. No accountability for players not showing for practice. Practice often cancelled during season. Players leaving due to 03/04 split of teams.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. We love the coaches and the teams. Great coaching style, truly care about the players and their development on and off the field. Know many parents that feel this same way and have stayed with these coaches for many years.

Don’t know what coaches you are referencing, previous comments apply to the team and coach of classic league team being demoted to D3. Regarding the parents, a third of the players are gone and counting, and most spent the season fed up due to the reasons previously stated.

Thanks for the feedback 7510. Thanks for YNWA feedback too. We all should take any sort of feedback or critique with at least a few grains of salt and there are a number of terrific coaches with LFC. From the other post you could gather the approach is pretty one dimensional with the comment on technique and size. And from 7510's personal perspective there is bound to be some truth in the quote above that raises some caution whether it is both the coach and player side of things when it comes to missed or cancelled practice. How many players are returning for AP if you happen to know?
