Does anyone know how many spots are open and how many / which teams have signed up for QT? I think deadlines for bye payment and QT sign up have passed?

The deadline for challenge team application is August 9, 2016.

Pretty sure the 04 CL QT/Challenge tourney is over by August 9, 2016. Maybe we are talking about different things.

Seeing FC Premier Opoku has a D2 spot now they should have been D3. Tells me someone has dropped out and bumped them up a spot. So maybe will be at least 7 spots open now. Hopefully they don't just give it 5th place D3 from last year and leave open for challenging

He has a posting for '04 D2 spots available. They finished in 19th place of D1 last year meaning they would be D3 this year.

According to a dad of team member, Opoku was put back in D2

Classic Challenge page says 8 teams needed. Looks like 6 brackets, so if each bracket has 4 teams total of 24. 1 and 2 from each of 6 brackets play second weekend. That weekend 4 brackets and 1 and 2 from each bracket are in. Can't find any info on which teams actually are in first weekend
