If a coach is open to a player guesting with other teams in tournaments when they are not playing, is that allowed at U11 now that contracts are involved? here in North Texas or outside the state?

assuming you are inquiring for a team registered through North Texas Soccer...

yes, with a properly executed guest player release form signed by both the lending and receiving coach.  there is extra paperwork for guest playing with out-of-state teams.

there are many coaches who will not sign releases, so don't sign a contract expecting it.
