Cannot believe that Leon FC entered Arlington Labor Day instead of Plano Labor Day. Leon FC is a Classic D3 team who claim to be one of the best but are afraid of the real competition and instead prefer to keep beating lower level teams and win another trophy. Their coach seems to be scared of going up against the best in NTX.

On the other hand you have a team like Dallas Kicks Venom who play in Plano League and are not afraid to compete against that higher competition. Kudos to them!!

They weren't the only dallas classic league team to play in this tournament. Three of the four teams that made it to the semi-finals were dallas classic teams. The Mansfield Revolution 03 Boys were the fourth team.

I think it was more of a location choice. Real GP, Leon FC, Dallas Texans FTW are much closer to Arlington. Its a long tournament and that would be lots of driving or staying at the fields.

In in any case, good for Dallas Kicks, you only get better when you test yourself.

My BB's team started off PPL D3 and always challenged themselves by playing "better" teams and we benefited from it. Now we are Classic D3.
