Honestly, I could care less how you spell the names. Its not that big of a deal for me. Thanks for being such a great sport about it though. Some people just need to relax.... as long as we can decipher what you're saying, while the correcting spelling is appreciated, it's not important.... keep being you buddy...

Hopefully the boys will have their complete defense for the Vulkan game. The defense has not been in place for the last two games.

I didn't see the game... however, was told that Volkan's striker (#99) went down with a knee injury during this game. He's their primary goal scorer, and the loss of him will definitely impact their play going forward. The Volkan- Carragher rematch from QT should be an interesting game. I think Volkan comes out strong and dominates.

Well, reading about the forwards injury certainly changes my mind. Even if he plays, who knows if he will be 100%. Still should be a good game

I hope volkan wins but that carragher team is scrappy. I seen them play a couple times. They seem to play after or before us all the time.. They dont look like the same team as last year in academy there midfield is much stronger. Should be interesting game.

I’m not sure Volkan is the same team. Carragher had A LOT more chances this game. That being said, I do realize Volkan was missing their striker.

I watched a few minutes of this game and caught a few mins of TNT vs Martinez too.

Not sure what is happening here with these Solar teams.

Carragher completely dominated the 10 mins I watched. What happened to this Volkan team? Last 3 weeks has been horrendous. I/m not sure if they are still missing their forward, but still...this was a bad performance....Great job Carragher...They look real good.

Martinez didn't look like the same team I saw a few weeks ago vs Rush. In the 5 to 10 minutes I watched in the 2nd half, they missed 5 to 6 shots and missed so many passes....TNT barely had any shots...but they came from behind to tie on two defensive fumbles...

As far as the Volkan/Carragher game....I believe Carragher has improved since signing day. I’m not really sure about Volkan but they were definitely not as strong as the first time they played Carragher.

Solar5555... I want to go ahead and get this over with. You were right sir. Looks like LP Carragher is a great team and will be a top 4 when the dust settles. The way they dominated the game vs Volkan is very impressive. I stand corrected, and you won't be getting any opposition from me about their standing anymore... Congrats the LP Carragher on a great win.

Boy this humble pie really sucks, although maybe it's the cook I take issue with...LOL

Thats a good point Moonequiped.... I originally report here that Volkan's striker (#99) suffered a knee injury last week. However, today, #99 was there and played the entire match. Not sure what impact last weeks injury had on his play, but I'm not gonna let that be an excuse for the dominating performance by LP Carragher. Volkan's team is not as strong as I personally thought, and it may be time for us all to accept that. I didn't watch the entire game, so I can't really say how the flow of the game went... Yet, the results speak loud enough for me to eat some humble pie...smh

I caught the first part of the Volkan Carragher game and watched Volkan go up early. From the first few minutes, I didn't think this was going to be their only goal of the game. There was a pretty questionable hand ball call where the kid jumped in the air and turned his back on a shot attempt that hit him in the elbow. It set up a free kick that LP scored on. Another goal came off another free kick from an unintentional header. After these, Volkan seemed to play slow and never really got back in it. I didn't see the other goals. I could see the game turn and knew it was over. Carragher was feeding off the success they were seeing. You could tell this game meant a lot to them (and their parents).

Maybe Volkan's kids need to spend a few sessions on set pieces with McKinney

If you can get Volkan down early, you can beat them. If they get rolling you might be in trouble. They are one of the most interesting teams struggling to find their identity. I also saw them play their pants off against an elite level TSC in the labor day tourney...A tail of two teams. If they can figure this out, then lookout D1. If not, then hello middle of the pack D2.
