Also Anoranzas are not special, just a good hard nosed solid team. They know how to play soccer and show a passion for the game. Funny thing to me is .. Manchester Utd is as good as Anoranzas but Man U players have no confidence at the moment. They have some very nice skillful players.

Awe shucks.....what's one goal amongst friends! I agree with what you are saying. We have seen both Anoranzas and Man U already this season and they are not easy outs. They have the potential to beat good teams if they can just find the back of the net. Then again, I just described every team out there.

Make mental note of the following; when a goalkeeper gather's possession, which teams choose to punt the ball to midfield vs. the teams that have keepers short-pass to their own defenders, I.e. Work the ball upfield methodically instead of whacking it 40 yards upfield.

At the U11 level, which of these two styles predominates? Which of these two styles wins most often?

My BB team does this from time to time but not the norm. They would rather punt the ball to a fast outside midfielder who would then start their attack rather than play from the back. IMHO

True, Anoranzas are hard nosed,,,,,,,,,,,, as well as hard elbowed, hard toed, and hard kneed. They also must have really liked my bb’s team’s uni’s as they just seemed to never want to let go of them.

Watched about 10-15 mins. of the DT vs FWFC game in the 2nd half. Both GKs chose to punt the ball during that period. IMO, DT is head and shoulders above everyone else in D1 right now. The only team that could challenge them is FCD Premier.
